Frequently asked questions

How long does a screen replacement take?

Usually 30 to 45 minutes for iPhones and 45 to 60 minutes for Samsung models, if the part is in stock. Call ahead and we will have it ready.

Can you replace just the glass?

On modern phones the glass and the display are bonded together, so we replace the complete screen. That way touch and picture work perfectly again.

Do you also repair Google Pixel, Xiaomi and Huawei screens?

Yes. Call or send a WhatsApp message with your model and we will tell you the fixed price.

Will I lose my data?

No. With screen, battery and charging port repairs, all your data stays on the phone. You do not need to reset anything.

Do I need an appointment?

No, just walk in — Monday to Friday 9:30–21:00, Saturday 10:00–21:00, Sundays and public holidays 10:30–21:00. For a quick price check, call or send a WhatsApp message.

Do you speak English?

Yes, we are happy to help you in English. Our shop is at Huttenstraße 5, 10553 Berlin-Moabit.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, 6 months warranty on the installed parts. New breakage or water damage after the repair is not covered.
